This Italian song is so good that it plays along with the fountains at the Bellagio hotel & casino in Las Vegas. The lyrics are kind of sappy, but Andre Bocelli and Sara Brightman join forces to give them heft in an English/Italian version of the song above.

Quand on n’a que l’Amour (If We Only Have Love)
Belgian singer/actor/songwriter Jacques Brel wrote this dramatic love song, notable for its searing, romantic lyrics. He was huge in Belgium and France, and his fame eventually spread worldwide.
Even without understanding the lyrics, you get a pretty good feel for what the song is about through the power of the vocals and music. But here’s a sampling of the lyrics, translated into English:
